the location was convenient because it was close to public transport lines. staff were helpful. the city views from the room were nice.

the beds were comfortable and i slept well.
The staff lacked attentiveness, especially upon arrival and i was not acknowledge upon entering the hotel. only one luggage was assisted. A bell men service should be standard. the room felt cramped for two people, especially considering its reputation. I cancelled my reservation because of that reason.

the location was really convenient for getting around i used the nearby subway a lot. the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety it had both western and local options. i also found the staff to be very helpful they assisted me with directions and recommendations.
the room felt a bit small it was hard to manage luggage for two people. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture like small scratches on the desk. the gym was also smaller than i expected it only had a few machines.

The executive lounge breakfast was AMAZING, especially with the view! The room had little skincare sets and gorgeous pyjamas. The staff let us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. SUCH convenience. The bed was VAST!
The entrance lacked acknowledgement. Nobody greeted us at the main door.

Staff demonstrated traditional Japanese politeness. They used handwritten cards with celebratory messages, which SHOWED thoughtfulness. Staff were courteous, friendly and offered helpful assistance with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

Breakfast had many delicious choices. The executive lounge includes services for breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour. The breakfast view from the lounge ADDS a special touch. Plenty options existed for both food and drinks.

The hotel sits near Honmachi Station and Yodoyabashi Station, which PROVIDES convenient transit options. Several cafes are close by and a convenience store is in the building. It's between two subway stations.

Underwhelming Service and Odd Room Placement

My arrival was not excellent. No one greeted me at the main door. I only received help with one piece of luggage instead of the standard bell service one expects. the room felt cramped, even for a single occupant. I found the trash can positioned right next to the bed. This struck me as unhygienic!!!
